This is an odd piece, appears wet process that was pulled off of service on a house. It is marked on the inner skirt and may be dated 1940 but the marking is too faint to tell with certainty.

I've seen one other surface before and even the seller in Russia said he had never seen another.

Condition is VNM with some slight roughness on the inner skirt.
