This is an old pole that is similar to many others in Beaumont, TX on Entergy's system. You can see a 1920s vintage 4kV transformer at the bottom. The primary line (4kV) is on the top crossarm and the open secondary (120/240V) is on the second crossarm. Note the glass insulators and wooden pins used on the open secondary!
