This is the top half of a rare two-piece transposition insulator: CD 193.1 EIN [010] (F-Skirt) AM.TEL & TEL.Co. {MLOD} SB in light aqua with some fizz and a faint milk swirl shown in the underlit photos. The outer surface of the glass has an orange peel effect, and there is a slight overpour to the base in the rear. The open base bubble below AM is the only flaw I can find.
