Thanks to Jeffrey Kraemer's hard work researching old lines and a lot of hard work for us hunting this line, this is only the second example of a Thomas M-3041 we've been able to find. Sadly we were only able to find half of the base, but we do know where another base is we can use. On a positive note the top has a beautiful glaze with some great mustard streaking.
