Here's a miniature insulator shaped schnapps cup I've never seen before with an unknown Latvian insulator manufacturing mark on it stamped on crown in blue ink and appears to read: "18 (fish logo) 12; MMSK" [id=460530829]. Also says "Augstspriegums!" (which is Latvian for High Voltage!) with a red lightning bolt. There is wear on the gold leaf around the rim but none applied inside the cup.
