This is a CD 121 EIN [020] (F-Skirt) (Arc) NEW ENG.TEL.& TEL.CO. SB in light green. Check out the white stone in the rear skirt with a bubble just above it. A slight wire rub in the groove above ENG and a pinpoint tic in the front dome and skirt is all the damage I can find. Asking $15 plus postage for this character.
