Offered here is a marriage between a CD 191 top with EIN [010] (F-Skirt) TWO PIECE/TRANSPOSITION (R-Skirt) ['AM.TEL.& TEL.CO.' blotted out] in blue aqua and CD 190 bottom with EIN [040] (F-Skirt) TWO PIECE/TRANSPOSITION (R-Skirt) [Blotted out embossing] SB in greenish aqua with a squiggle of amber. The top has some open base bubbles to the rear of the left mold line and a clean sliver flake off the rear upper wire ridge.
