Up for sale is an awesome Canadian CD 162.4 in a beautiful milky-swirled light blue aqua shade. This one has a good concentration of 1/8" wide milky bands running all throughout the skirt, wire groove, and crown area of both sides. As well, there is a good-sized carbon veil that hangs around the top of the pinhole, which drapes about 1" down over the threads. This one came from a friend in St. Thomas, ON and it was very likely a local piece from that area. I've seen more thoroughly-swirled examples, but this one is definitely a nice one! The photos don't do justice to the swirling, as is so often the case. 1/4" by 1/4" bruise on the left upper wire groove on one side, and a 1/2" by 1/4" impact on the opposite side upper wire groove, just to left of centre. There's also the usual light inner edge of skirt flaking from the rolled-under base. There is one 1/2" light bruise on the inner edge of the skirt right beside one of the mould lines. Nice and shiny and clean: never been buried! Let's do $85.00 USD plus shipping for this one. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items. |
