Rare U-924 Imperial in Service

The two similar white Imperial porcelain insulators on the pole's right side were manufactured in 1894-5. I believe that they are the oldest porcelain insulators in continuous service in the United States. Located in South Carolina, they have since been re-cycled into service after deconstruction of the original transmission line.

The far right insulator is one of six-ish reported U-924 wide ear lug tops according to Rain. The other is a U-927C Imperial.
