The Electrification of the Nowhere Lands.

In a lot of sections of the Nowhere Lands after the new roads were built and opened to general traffic. Several Power Companies and the United States Government started up a massive electrification program to bring power lines though all the major none human pony towns and cities in the Nowhere Lands. The Power Companies meanwhile were able to use their own funding to start up power grids in Equestria and Changeling Empire along with a few Griffin Kingdoms. Adding electric power to a house in Equestira quickly became a status symbol among the Canterlot nobles and the other wealthy none humans who had lived in the Nowhere Lands before the humans had showed up after the Kitbash.

In this artwork here a group of Linemen are working on building a new ten mile long 19,000 volt three phase power line along US Route 66 to a small Pony town of 500 ponies.
