Bought this from a local person who said he dug it up while working at the site of an old golf course. He said that in the area where he was working, there used to be a farm house that was built in the early 1900s before it became a golf course. The top of the knob on the fuse stick appears to be intentionally left unglazed. I've not seen one like that before.
