They recently clear cut the ditch around 3 poles near an overhead trestle on the track beside my house, so I stopped for about 6 minutes to poke around and found a frost popped clear Hemi-42 and then I spotted something white underneath a tie and brush. Not sure what it was, but it reminded me of a LRB as it had an open collar. So I gingerly eased it out of the soil figuring that it was broken and when I got it out it turned out to be a cream milk glass oil lamp shade.

I have found many interesting things on the tracks, but never such a delicate item as this shade. The condition is almost perfect.

Anyhow, I have no idea if this is an Aladdin or not? Does anyone know what type of lamp this went to?
