Recently noticed this "dot" after NEW YORK on this EIN [030] also looks like a blotout as you can see something under the "R" and part of the "O" ??? Did not see it listed for having a "dot" in PG . I do not have the new PG if it is listed . Could it be a BGM blot out ??? Have several others with only the dot after NEW YORK .
