I nice older fellow down in Canton Maine called me up this week telling me he bought a collection of insulators that includes about 500-800 pieces. Well, here they are, loaded in my truck, ready to take home. There are a lot of great porcelain pieces including two long stick pull-out fuse things, some nice arrestors, Trenton glaze cabletops, and others. For the glass, the highlights: A 288 Mershon with 1 ridge on each side, an almost clear H.G. Co beehive, 112 New England Tel and Tel, some different styles of unembossed 134's, a few junky CREB hives, Canadian High Dome marked 1678 in straw, a No Embossing 292, and a few other cool glass pieces. I'll post pictures once I sift through a little more. Sad to say a whole bunch of commons came along too, we'll have to find a way to get rid of those.
