Nice early white cross top Locke power insulator embossed F.M. Locke, Victor, N.Y., Part May '89, May 22 '94. Has wear on the top and an old crack on the base that looks as if done at the factory before glazing. Displays well, I can send detailed pictures. $16 and I'll share the postage.
