This was found in Essex, CT a few years ago. It doesn't fit with my collection and is a common insulator except for the unusual metal cap cemented to it so rather than tossing it, I will be bringing it to the Yankee Polecat Insulator Club on December 6 in Enfield, CT only if anyone is interested. If you are interested in this piece you will need to be at the Enfield show to pick it up.
