This is a pole just south of Chenanse, IL along the Canadian National Railway, loaded with 40s and 42s. The stretch of line from Chebanse to Clifton has a pole line on both sides of the track. One side has almost nothing but 40s and 42s. The other side has almost nothing but 40s and 42s. Take your pick which is best. To me, the scene is timeless and interesting no matter if the glass is common. The interesting thing of note on the line along the east side of the tracks is that it is closer to the highway than the track, and looks somewhat like an old open wire telephone line.
