Here is a fairly scarce CD 192/193 unembossed two-piece in a bluish aqua color and mold line over dome. It has two dome ding flakes, a fairly flat one inch slice chip at the top of the pinhole on the bottom piece, a small shallow pea size flake at the base of the skirt, and a couple of scattered pecks.
