Elusive 1971 Commemorative, Straw Color

This is the second national meet commemorative by Frank Miller. "COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO/NAT'L MEET JULY 10-11 1971/SECOND. the History book indicates there were only 37 straw color for that national. I am asking $650 for this insulator.
