This the straw color outer circle "NEW CASTLE, INDIANA/NATL MEET" inner circle "JUNE 20-21, 1970/FIRST" Produced by Frank Miller. The history book indicates there were only 48 straw color made by Frank Miller for that year. I am asking $600 for this insulator.
