Not much beneath the soot. Just a few smaller bubbles in skirt and threads and one puece if junk. What I find most interesting is the air pocket cavaty at the top if the threads. It's amazing the flat top didn't pop off when screwed diwn on to the pin.

In my pic you can see some soot that was trapped between the petticoat and the skirt. The inner skirt is oval shaped while the base of the skirt remained riund as should be. I would this the petticoat was pushed over by the mandrill when being removed.
