This is the more intricate part of my grid. The pole at right powers a branch which powers a substation transformer (the concrete block). The other pole at left carries fuses and drops the wires to the transformer which steps down the voltage from 27,600 to 4,000 volts. And this transformer powers the low voltage section of the grid. All the white insulators are made from Styrofoam.
