The insulator on the left is embossed New Eng Tel & Tel CO. It has mold line over dome and only a few ticks and a slight wire groove rub.

The insulator on the right is also embossed New Eng Tel & Tel CO and is in very good condition. It also has mold line over dome. There is a faint 0 embossed on the dome. You'll notice the insulator on the left is quite a bit taller than the right insulator.
