A few years ago Mr. N.R. Woodward bestowed the ultimate insulator-hobby "torch" to Mr. Dimare....the owner and assignor of the Consolidated Design (CD) numbering system, consisting of pintype glass insulator designs produced in North America. Mr. Woodward founded the CD numbering system in the early 1950s. Dario is highly respected for his knowledge about North American pintype designs and I personally congratulate him for the forementioned and his ongoing dedication and contributions to our hobby.
