Was really only interested in the insulator shown in my pic. The woman that was selling about 29 others refused to send me more pics of just the one insulator. I couldn't tell if there was something in the dome that would make it more desirable then just the 162 CD number. Needless to say I took the one hour trip to find out for myself. My answer was it was only some old dirty masking tape that I was seeing in her pic. Once I saw that I was prepared to just walk away and accept that the cost of my gas getting to see all the commons was good enough for the day. It obvious she wanted to get rid of herself after she ran into the house to ask husband what he would accept for everything. As you now see we reached a deal. Maybe I did or maybe I didn't get my moneys worth. I know the glass insulator wasn't worth it by itself but I wasn't sure about all the radio strain insulators. Some of them could be rare. If you see any you recognize let me know what they are. I know the three round compisute pieces have Electrose and two patent dates. The black round all porcellian piece and the black 5 incher have no markings. I would like to know the value of any of those mentioned if you know.

I ended up already giving all the common stuff to a more local antique shop where I buy an occassional insulator. He offered to pay for all the Hemingray-42's and B beehives but I refused his offer. I know he will not be trying to get rich off them himself like many other antique shops would.
