Here's a rare and unique porcelain stand-off insulator that is glaze welded to its bracket at the factory! One of 4 known. A similar example was reported in Crown Jewels magazine in December 1994 as a U-2294A. Unmarked but was made by Berghaus AG of Germany in circa 1910. A reputable lineman told me this was likely used in a pair, bolted to a pole with one side used as neutral.

This rare piece saw service and has two under skirt base flakes approx 2" combined total, a pinky flake on back of bracket, a small dome flake and some light scratches and tiny rough spot on reverse base of the outer skirt. Displays great! Priced to sell at only $200 plus shipping to the first email. Thanks!
