Here's a CD 154 E.S.A. (front) R.E.N.F.E. (reverse) in a nice strong Lime Green. Has sliver flake on upper wiregroove (see pic) and tiny flake off one drippoint and several scattered needlepoint tic marks. Used on Spanish Railways.
