This insulator is in good overall condition. There are two very shallow pinky sized flakes that run from the lower skirt to the first wire groove and a quarter of the inner skirt is damaged. The rest of the insulator is in great condition and the glass is clean and shiny. Damage sounds worse than it is, still a great display.
