Offered today is my delft blue McLaughlin No. 16 toll CD 121. I continue to thin my collection, mostly of Denvers, but of some McLaughlins as well. This is an uncommon color for McLaughlin tolls, what most collectors have dubbed "delft blue," but appears to be a combination of blue and aqua and I suppose there is actually some greenish gray influences as well. As you know, most of these were made in the deep green, olive and olive amber shades, with not too many units made in these lighter colors. If you're trying to build a collection of these, this would be a nice unit to add in an unusual color. Condition is great. These tiny drippoints, very subject to damage, are nearly perfect. Only the tiniest flake on the very tip of one of them keeps them from being perfect. Also, on the rear upper wire ridge is a couple minor shallow flakes with the primary flake from a minor impact being about 1/4". Also I see a short, shallow, minor annealing line on the inside of the start of the threads visible in the photo. How about a very fair price of $45 which includes shipping via USPS Priority Mail? First email gets it. I prefer money order or personal check, but if Pay Pal is how you'd prefer to pay, I will accept that method of payment as well. Thank you! No takers? Okay then -- $35 SHIPPED, EFFECTIVE 5/27/15. THANK YOU!
