These number bottom jars could belong to Mason's 1858s, Globes, Wax sealers among a few others. Which ever ones they are, This is the first #1 of a regular non blackglass I've found and surely the first mold of whatever mold number jar it was. In contrast a later very high number 40 was found nearby.
