A very unique piece I've been told is from South America, possibly from Argentina. Looks like a porcelain mate to CD 122.4 with threading on the inner skirt to the base. Update: a knowledgeable source thinks this may also be Brazilian or even Portuguese. VNM+ with no visible damage. It is the only one I've ever seen.
