Here's a beautiful CD 154 Dark Emerald Green glass insulator with round drips embossed TRANSMISIONES [front] ASTURIAS [reverse]. An official Spanish military division repaired old power lines in the small region of Asturias that were destroyed during the country's civil war from 1936-39 using these insulators. First insulator that can be attributed to have been made by Gijon Fabril (located in the heart of Asturias).

Insulator is VMM! Only two drips missing, a teeny base skirt flake and teeny flake off another drip (all seen in photo) with a few factory annealing lines/cracks. Embossing is very bold on this one!. Inner skirt is longer than most which displays darker.
