In this pic you can see there are three threads behind the Star that are not supposed to be located there. I'm not exactly sure why they are there. My guess there was a rush order and or whoever made the insulator was in a hurry to remove the mandril. In my next pic you will see that the inner skirt was pushed right up against to inside of the outer.
