I think it was the Happy Hoosier that had a display at the Nashville national of many different CDs in ice blue. Big T followed that up in Farmington with a display of many different CDs in clear. Although Tommy had some one-of-a-kind, big dollar units in his display it makes you realize that a great collection can be started with colors on the "low end" scale. ---- Here's a beautiful pair of ice blue Hemingrays. Left is a CD 252 (230) with the No 62 CABLE on the front and patent date on reverse. Mint except for one partially chipped RDP. Right is a CD 214 (010) Hemingray-43. This is the standard (EIN) that we all have seen in 7-up at one time or another. One partially chipped RDP and two RDPs are nicked to the inside that you can't see unless you turn it upside down and then feel for them. $20.00 + shipping can start you down the road to a "cheap color" collection ! First email that says' "I'll take it.". No PayPal. Email with questions. |
