This FT-92 made by Verbano for Italian State Telephones is the only official commemorative insulator found in Italy. Found at the flea market for few euros. The big marking on the external skirt shows that it is official, made by Verbano.

Update: Verbano used also the decal technique to decorate his products has shown in this web page http://www.lombardiabeniculturali.it/opere-arte/schede/VA240-01148/?view=tipologie&offset=3019&hid=4&sort=sort_date_int . This ashtray has also a carriage decal like the FT-92 insulator, and the years of production correspond (1960 circa) thus we can assume that the FT-92 by Verbano could be a real official commemorative!
