Letting a couple more tolls out of my collection today.

The first is one of the nicest two-tone purple/aqua mix R. Good Jr. tolls I've seen offered here on ICON. There is a distinctive band of aqua across the top of the dome and mixed into the skirt, and this is the two-dot mold style with the narrower, rounded dome and the period in between Denver and Colo. Predominantly this is a light-medium purple color. Photo doesn't really do it justice. Condition is NM and damage consists of a couple of dome flea-bites, a tiny flakelet on the upper wire ridge in front (see photos) and about 2/3 of the base has some flat, shallow base chipping, common to Denver products, that is not too distracting however you choose to display the piece. Also, there is minor high point wear on both wire ridges. Still, such contrasting color is not common to find in these. I'm asking $475 shipped.

The second is a light green R.Good Jr. toll in the three dot mold style in VNM condition. I see a flea bite on the back lower wire ridge and a tiny 1/3 inch flakelet on the base -- that's it. Nice patches of amber are mottled into the aqua glass throughout creating a two-tone effect and some bubbles float in the dome. Additionally, there's some nice ghost embossing of "COLO" on the front of the dome as well. According to Mike Miller, the run of greens from light to dark would have encompassed one run of insulators only, and this run was contaminated by some amber cullet. While this one is on the lighter green end of the scale, green R. Good Jr. tolls are rarely offered for sale. You can look on ICON and find scant few -- I've offered maybe two over the past ten years or so and now this one. I'm asking $275 shipped.

Or take both pieces for $650 shipped, which is a significant discount to sweeten the deal. Were it not for my wife's insistence that I pare down my collection, these two insulators stay on the shelf as each is unique in my collection. You won't be disappointed when you see them in your light box, which is how I recommend they be displayed, as most Denvers are pastel in shade and backlighting shows off the inconsistencies in the glass to full effect. In full sunlight, the colors wash out too much. First email gets one or both, depending on your selection. Additional photos follow showing all the quadrants of each and the base of the purple so you can see the base chipping. Thank you for checking me out!

NO TAKERS, SO $450 FOR THE PURPLE, $250 FOR THE GREEN OR $600 FOR THE PAIR SHIPPED. Green R. Good Jr. SOLD ON 5/3/15. TAKE THE PURPLE ONE FOR $425 shipped!
