CD 143 Montreal Telegraph Co insulator in blue aqua colour [020]. The base has a 1" bruise, there are several areas of skirt flakes at base, the worst one takes out the "TR" in Montreal. There's also a flake / chip off base below "LEG" in Telegraph. Dome has a nice ½" cotton ball and a amber swirl in dome. Displays ok.
