The supplier of electricity advised me it would cost some big bucks back at the old farm to do a fix, that would eliminate an up and grown white pine tree ..the hydro and phone lines have started rubbing into the bark and weakening the insulation on the line, So a few side pins and insulators to deflex the line, and trimming over hanging limbs solves me problem and keeps the pine going upward..
