At Easter here in New Zealand, we had the 'National Antique Bottle and Collectables Show' in the North Island city of Hamilton. John, Rob and I, who are all ICON members, have put our heads together and produced the first 'Insulator' book for New Zealand collectors. We knew that there were going to be at least 3 insulator displays at the show with the possibility of a 4th. Our book launch was to coincide with what ended up being 4 displays on show, so other collectors, and general public, were able to appreciate why we are hooked on 'Insulators' and that if they were interested, then they could get an introduction by reading our tome. I have submitted pics of our displays for your interest. It is still a relatively new hobby down here, but you can see that interesting insulators have found there way to NZ, alongside our locally made NZI brand. I hope you enjoy the pics.
