These 2 crosstop lightning rod insulators were found in a 147 year old home in Boaz Alabama several years ago. The front room of the house had, at one time, been the First post office as well as the First South Central Bell Telegraph Office. They were found above the fireplace sitting on top of some rocks at the very top of the chimney. These were obviously never used because they are in PERFECT MINT condition!!
