This is one you don't come across very often, its embossed "C. N. R." in a very subtle light Violet Blue and its very difficult to capture the true color with the camera but the violet is subtle. It has a few bubbles front and back. I would say its mint as it only has a wire rub seen in pic and a wee burst base bubble under the "N" of the embossing which of course has been there since day one.
