Here is an unembossed blue Bell. It has a smooth front and back and a smooth 1" kickup on base. I couldn't find any refererence for this bell. It may be a unique piece from NJ Clevenger or Wheaton production. Asking $100 plus shipping. Now asking $60 plus shipping.
