Here is an old double circuit 12.47kv pole outside Mountville PA with Old Locke R=00 U-748s. I would have to say this is from the early 20's and is all original. This is one of the only poles left that I know on PPL's system around Lancaster with 8 and 6 foot crossarms for the double circuit arrangement. There are a few others, but with newer insulators.
