Sold at eBay for $156 shipped (insulator only) This monster CD 325 Corning Pyrex 401 was salaged years ago by a Boston Edison supervisor. After his early death his son inherited the insulator and at one point was going to make a light or lamp out of it. Thus the lathe turned base which is included in my asking price, The insulator is in mint condition and the display piece is unfinished. Someone could complete the project if they have a mind to. Of course I would ot advise anyone to drill a hole at the top of the insulator being that would greatly decrease the value of the insulator itself which is listed at 100-125. My asking price as a package is $165. $40 of that amount is for shipping this very heavy piece. I just sold a CD 325 by itself and shipped to California. That was about what that insulator cost to ship. I'm sure because of the display being shipped here will cost more then the $40. However, if you live much closer then California and my shipping cost is less then $40 I will refund the difference so you end up paying actual shipping.
