Here is picture from Google street view of an old Penelec 115kv line out near Meadville PA. I wanted to get pictures of it when I worked out that way, but never got around to it. I have never seen this multiple pole construction anywhere else. There are two lines out that way with these towers, one is no longer in service with the conductor removed, and this one has been downgraded to 34.5kv. These were built in the mid 1920s to bring power from the Piney Dam in Clarion out to the Meadville/Oil city area.
