A lineman for the South Shore Interurban was selling his railroad stuff including insulators on January 31, 2015 in La Porte, IN. That was the same day as the Crown Point, IN swap meet for the Greater Chicago Insulator club and I ended up going to the auction. This is a view of the whole row of insulators with Robert Winkler next to the table. I viewed the insulators the day before and workers were still cleaning the insulators with water at the time.
