Here's an unlisted insulator from Italy, similar to the recently assigned CD 381.5 but new embossing and profile is different (notice upper shell is much flatter and less slanted and crown is less of a peak with a squared appearance. Inside top shell has a collar around the pinhole and no gap between the collar and base skirt.

Crown embossed: MIVA 210 CA Measures 3.5" (base) x 4" (ht) x 5.5" (top shell width). Light Aqua 1.5" reverse outer shell chip, wire rubbing marks upper crown and outer upper shell, pea sized base ping and teeny flake outside of inner skirt. Some light roughness (seen in pic) along outer base rim.
