I knew this insulator was on the side of a small house was there for about five years. Just dudn't have my camera when I was in that area. I originally spotted it driving down an alley between blocks. Can't be sure what it is but I'd guess CD 164 glass. The paint looks more gray in my pic but the actual color was more a light hot chocolate looking color.
