Here are two Hemingray insulators and as far as color its a hard call as they look clear but also appear to have a very light blue tint. One insulator has a smooth base with EIN [040] and has a wee chip/flake under ear in back and also three pecks and small inner skirt chip, display mint. The other looks to be unlisted and is embossed on front "Hemingray - 61" rear "Made in U. S. A. / 1 - 8 & 3 dots". Closest EIN is [010] but it doesn't mention any #'s & dots in rear. The only other closest EIN is [050] which states #'s & dots blotted out on front skirt but definitely nothing looks blotted out. This second one with RDP's is Mint.
