Here is a CD 152 EIN [040] (F-Skirt) HEMINGRAY (R-Skirt) No 40 SDP in blue (not Hemingray Blue) with a well-defined ribbon of amber running all around the insulator, corkscrewing from the outer skirt to the inner skirt and up into the dome. Damage includes a chip/bruise on the inside of the outer skirt in the rear along with a short sliver flake and open bubble on the base of the inner skirt, all visible in the photos.
